Classification of slide rails
01 Classification by pull distance
Super fully pull-out drawer slide: The drawer is completely pulled out, and the drawer back panel is exposed outside the cabinet side panel after pulling out. It is generally a three-section slide rail structure.
Fully pull-out drawer slide: the drawer space is completely pulled out, usually a three-section slide structure.
Partially pulled out drawer slides: Part of the drawer space is not pulled out, usually a two-section slide structure.
02 Classification by function
Push lock function: When the drawer is opened, the drawer panel needs to be pushed continuously for the drawer to be completely closed.
Damping function: When the drawer is opened, just push the drawer panel hard from the front, and the drawer will close slowly and silently.
Push and pop function: When the drawer is closed, just push the panel and the drawer will open.
Push-to-elastic damping function: combines damping function and push-to-elastic function.
03 Classification by installation method
Plug-in installation: The drawer is inserted from above the open drawer slide, and the two hooks at the far end of the drawer slide hook the two pre-drilled holes behind the drawer back panel. Gently press down on the drawer to secure the holes under the side panels to the drawer slide rail positioning pins. Positioning pins secure the drawer precisely and securely. When disassembling, just pull the drawer out and lift it up. The hand wheel on the positioning pin can accurately adjust the height of the drawer panel.
Push-in installation: Place the drawer horizontally on the drawer slide and push it inward. Connectors fixed to the underside of the drawer automatically lock and hold the drawer and slide rails in place. When disassembling, press the connecting piece and the drawer can be disassembled. The drawer height adjustment device is integrated into the connector, and the adjustment hand wheel allows for stepless adjustment of the height of the drawer panel.
